Jenna Aira-Ventrella is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of BDO Consulting, leading the firm’s E-Discovery practice. A Certified E-Discovery Specialist with nearly 15 years of experience providing forensic technology services, Ms. Aira-Ventrella has a depth of knowledge in e-discovery and electronic evidence acquisition, including preservation protocols and methodologies. She is well-versed on e-discovery best practices related to managing and analyzing large data sets.
Ms. Aira-Ventrella works with clients to design and execute a range of e-discovery methodologies, including conducting internal investigations, managing multi-district litigations, drafting discovery protocols, and preparing for “meet and confer” conferences. Ms. Aira-Ventrella, a trusted advisor to her clients, has worked on matters including product liability litigations, unjust enrichment claims, corporate investigations, class action litigations, fraud investigations and bankruptcy litigation, as well as collaborating on matters with other consulting firms.
With significant experience managing domestic and international projects and her advanced knowledge of e-discovery platforms, Ms. Aira-Ventrella advises organizations on the selection of appropriate e-discovery platforms to address case management and data processing needs, as well as on techniques for process improvement and project management. She has worked with numerous solutions, including Relativity, Ringtail, Stratify, and Concordance. Ms. Aira-Ventrella develops training programs on e-discovery and discovery management and leads research and development efforts to identify and evaluate new technologies. She has published and presented on e-discovery topics to a variety of audiences.
